Summer party and opening Karla Black

We cordially invite you to the summer party on the occasion of the opening of Karla Black’s exhibition!

Karla Black‘s new work in the historic assembly hall of the Kunstraum Dornbirn is dense, pastel-coloured and inviting. The Scottish artist has created a landscape that invites you to wander, marvel and enjoy. Using everyday materials, some of which are unusual for art, she is able to create a space-filling combination of material, form and colour whose exhilarating experience appeals to all the senses. For Dornbirn, she has created a sculptural ensemble that is unique in terms of its size, which enters into a poetic interplay with the dimensions and the special lighting situation of the monumental hall.
